Er, thanks, I do speak English, though I pride myself on being
cryptically terse. :-) Let me clarify: I do not have any clear idea of
what "scope" might mean with regard to an ontology. I take it that,
informally, the scope of an ontology is something like the class of
things it is "about", but that is likely too vague to be useful beyond
giving someone an intuitive nudge. (02)
