With the objective of "interoperability" between heterogenous
information systems, please to remember these EXISTING (e.g. legacy,
working) systems were not built with the aid of a formal, documented
ontology and have most likely gotten worse from there. (05)
THEREFORE discovering what the existing language/terminology/meanings
used in such systems will be a significant Step 0 challenge. (06)
