Agreed.  Poor choice of language that is a product of being a consultant
for the last while.  If I understand your syntax, in this case: 
"business requirements" :sameAs "community requirements".    (03)

Regardless where you start from, you have to have requirements at some
level.  It was these to which I was referring.    (04)

Also, in this case, "community" implies all of the legitimacy concerns
de Moor mentions, as well as the principles expressed by Greenleaf,
Fromm and even reflected by my earlier quote from Boehm.    (05)
