I agree: the default should be reply to all, which is typically the
list. By definition this is a distribution list and the default
property should be that (unlike regular email).    (01)

As discussed in our phone conversation just now, I request that we
change the list setting back to "reply to the list' (which is the
default setting for the collaborative work environment.)    (06)

I appreciate your having changed it back already, and had send a
message to remind people of it.    (07)

On a separate note, it may be helpful if you would reiterate (or point
everyone to the documentation on) what you expect to see on the three
existing ONTAC related forums (i.e. archived mailing lists): (i)
[ontac-forum], (ii) [ontac-dev] and (iii) [ontac-tool].    (08)
