Sorry for the quietness, been buried on multiple projects in DC and commercial stuff.  Here is the SOA Governance Chapter from my latest SOA book, “SOA:  A Planning and Implementation Guide for Business and Technology,” which is among the most comprehensive SOA governance works out there.

 

In fact, we have significant work and best practices on asset ownership models as defined by an SOA governance model, and this of course fits our SOA Governance Reference Model.  Let’s catch up, I’m naturally interested in supporting the event again this time around.  FYI, my next SOA book is pending…

I have been asked about the ownership/governance issue and whether any best practices exist for SOA. We covered governance in the First SOA Conference for E-Government, but I don't recall specifically ownership being discussed. Any suggestions, references, etc. would be appreciated.
