[soa-forum] Hosting of SOA-CoP Demo Portal/Registry

In the phone meeting today the question of hosting the central site on a government resources was brought up.  We have a tentative
“thumbs up” from George Thomas, GSA Chief Architect, for hosting the resources as part of the open source community they are developing.
