On December 6, there will be a major Seminar on Emerging SOA Standards that should be of strong interest to the SOA Community of Practice. http://www.omg.org/news/meetings/tc/Emerging_Standards_forSOA.htm . The Seminar was originally scheduled for DISA but has been opened to other attendees and colocated with an OMG meeting at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, VA.

 

The speakers at the Seminar will include leaders in key emerging standards activities from OASIS, W3C, Open SOA, and the OMG. One of the goals of the meeting is to discuss how these emerging standards can be harmonized and deployed in future SOA implementations. Anyone interested in attending the one-day session for $150 can register at:
