- The next step in EA maturity is measuring the value of an EA practice. That is, how can enterprise architects determine whether the Architecture is providing a sufficient return on investment? What improvements to agency mission or financial performance can be attributed in whole or in part to the effort of the agency EA program? Agency architects need an approach to measure the value of the EA initiative to those inside and outside of the agency who are consumers of the products of the EA. OMB FEAPMO will be presenting and vetting a new set of materials for agencies to measure the value of their EA practice. (3EPT)
