Before joining the civil service in 2005, Kshemendra was an active entrepreneur, co-founding LocalEyes (sold to AOL), founding Andelina (sold to FoundryOne), and helping to raise $50 million in venture capital in the role of vice president, product development, with siteROCK (now part of Navisite). He holds both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Electrical Engineering, and an additional Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, from the University of Maryland, College Park. (3CLA)
