Hello: 
I have been trying out the new site. The posting I thought would be a chat
like process but instead it brings up the email screen. Ok.
The government is going to task orders under GWAC and IDIQ type contracts.
I was unable to find either the GWAC which are contracts or their task
orders. This accounts for close to 100 billion a year in expenditures.
It should be in here. 
Also, while the traditional single award contracts are listed, I was only
able to see the solicitation number and not the actual contract number.
For FOIA purposes the contract number is extremely important and for task
orders the task order number is extremely important because without a contract
number or task order number the FOIA offices will refuse your request due
to lack of information.
