This is precisely the issue.

 

If the "semantics" of this statement is the

 

sameAs

 

"do a good job for an IT contractor employer (who happens to pay you a high salary) in getting future IT consulting business",

 

 

 

My claim and observation is that this is what is going on and has been going on and this needs to stop now.

 

If the other meaning is the proper reading, Brand, we may wish to return forces to the concept of citizen centric information science and topic maps rather than OWL and the lines of business SOA.

 

Why you and Susan feel that the current "volunteer" activity is not bordering on fraud, I can not imagine.

 

To volunteer while being paid by precise those companies that are show cased here is to cause a type of deception.

 

To not allow this to be discussed is to create a different level of this deception. 

 

If this work is actually needed work and there is no deception, there there should be support for those of us who would like to contribute but do not have the salaries that others have.

In terms of schedule, we expect the majority of the effort to take place in this quarter (Jan ? Mar), so it is a fairly ambitious undertaking.  We hope to spread the effort so that it does not place too much of a burden on any individual.  Please help out if you can.  This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on how the Federal government works.
