All,

I have completed the instance document examples (except for program reporting assignments which Grant is doing).

I am including my source csv files (.csv), Xabra Binding files (.xbf), and the resulting instance documents (.xml)

Let me know if you have any questions.

Howard

I’m working on the invoice now.  If you can forward a revised spreadsheet for this I’ll incorporate it.

Hi Howard,

Just reviewing the data - the contractors invoice probably should have the contractor address.  do you want me to add this? More elements but maybe more complete

All,

I’ve completed the timesheet instance (timesheet.xml) and will continue with the rest.

I have also included the Xabra Binding File (timesheet.xbf) so you can see how I mapped from Grant’s data (timesheet.csv) to the xbrl elements.  Let me know if you have any questions about this.

Hi Howard,

I attach data content for the instance documents.   If anyone has any ideas what I may have missed let me know.

I have not put in things like organization name - but we can if anyone thinks its an issue.

Also I have not done an exact match with GL Taxonomy elements but can do that.

I will do taxonomy and instance docs for project cost assignment using FR.  Can you do GL for the rest?

regards

Grant

The attached are the core xbrl schemas required for all xbrl taxonomies.

We have some schema from 3 sources; Grant, Howard & Tom.

We need to resolve an approach to these schema first thing in our meeting Tuesday.  Please forward your proposed samples to the group with any explanation, we can then spend a little time (say up to 1/2 hr) on each and then come to a resolution.

Unfortunately none of these seem to have the required schema "in the can", so we need to look for an expedient way to populate the specification so we can get to implementing the services.

Thanks,

-Cory Casanave

Hi Cory,

I have put together a small XBRL reporting taxonomy for Financial information.  It only captures 5 figures to date :

Employee costs ( would be rolled up from timesheets)

External contractors costs - rolled up from invoices

travel costs

Office costs

Software costs

I can easily add more detail to it - so we would need to define what we need to report.

I understand Sonia and Lisa had sent you the timesheet schema / taxonomy.

So here is this one you can test out.

regards

Grant Boyd
