Chris
Are we meeting to discuss this further or
can we start giving our suggestions over email and then regroup to confirm the
final draft?
Thanks

[PGFSOA] Team Status Requested
Team, please see Dan’s notes.
Can we work to re-arrange our material and/or re-label it to fit the
corporate themes of Target, Keys to Implementation, and Roadmap? If so,
looks like we are close to victory.
Best, Chris

Chris,
It looks like your team has made some good
progress and contributions. I think the material tells a good story and
hits many key points with strong supporting examples.
What I don’t see is alignment to the
three areas – Target, Keys to implementation, and Roadmap – though
there is content that would fit into all these areas.
I concur with your recommendation to have
meetings with individual teams and began pressing the EB for these during our
last call. I think EB is looking for another large group call –
probably May 4. I will press again for meetings with individual groups.
Thanks for your continued effort and
leadership.

Dan, I think the best way to answer is to
let you take a look at what we’ve got. See link.
We may be past the point of diminishing
return for large group meetings. I’d find it useful to discuss our
specific chapter among our authoring team and the editorial board, or at least
a rep from the editorial board. What do you think?

Authoring Team Co-Leads,
Current Assignment – Co-Leads please engage your
authoring teams to provide reworked key messages for sections assigned to your
team. Please send these to Dan Ellis (dellis@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx).
If teams are comfortable that they are on track they may begin authoring.
Please either email or call me with a brief status on how
your team is doing:
- Are you clear on the current
assignment?
- Is your team engaged and
working on revision of key messages?
- Are you drafting content?
- Do you need additional team
members?
- Will you be ready to discuss
your input by this Friday, 4/27, or should we defer next meeting until May
4.
Thanks,
Daniel
