If anyone who plans to attend, in person or remotely, has not yet
contacted me, please do so, so that I can be sure that security and
resources are properly arranged. If you have only a short time to
spare on that day, probably the most important part will be the
discussion of organization, goals, and methods after 3:00. We
plan to
record the session, and it should be available on the Web at some
point.
If any of the presenters prefer anything different to appear on the
agenda (e.g. affiliation), please let me know. I plan to
distribute
hardcopies of the agenda appearing on the Web site above.
Presenters who have not yet sent in copies of slides, please try to get
them to me by Monday.
Many thanks should go to Brand Niemann
and Peter Yim for their help in
setting up the meeting and the Web pages. Leo Obrst has also
worked
hard to get support.
I think this will be a good opportunity to explore specific and
substantive methods for making progress toward semantic
interoperability and efficient creation of interrelated knowledge
classifications. I am looking forward to your ideas and
suggestions.
