Do you think that these functions incorporate the geo-enabling business
functions at the mission level? I see the management of geo data, but
not the implementation of geo functionality into solution architectures.
I would think the support function would have some sort of outreach or
business-consultative interaction with vertical mission functions -- is
that part of the strategic planning function or part of the geospatial
services level? (05)
