User needs, and their expression in use cases, is a key aspect of the Pilot.
To facilitate the collaborative and distributed sharing, editing and
visibility of the use cases we have ported Doug's use case template to a
web-based form that is part of the OGC Network content management system. (01)
I encourage you to use this mechanism to create use cases, as this allows
them to be freely accessible on the Web, and also increases their visibility
to other developers within the OGC Network community. (02)
To add a use case, create an account on www.ogcnetwork.net, then go to
http://www.ogcnetwork.net/geapilot and click on the "Submit new use case"
