[etkn-forum] new submission email addresses for Digital Collaboratory

Dear Colleagues,

NTL has recently undergone some software changes which have affected our ability to accept large email attachments. We are working on the problem now.

Until it is resolved, any new documents for the digital collaboratory project should be submitted to Rosalyn.Alleman@xxxxxxx and Tracey.Schut@xxxxxxx.

These instructions are now on the EDC page in the collaborative workspace (http://colab.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?EasternTransportationKnowledgeNetwork/ETKN_Digitization_Project).
