The inclusion of the Status element needs additional justification and explanation.  Its inclusion seems to imply that the ExchangePackage is describing a real-time exchange rather than metadata about the exchange in general.  Whether a given exchange is “In-progress” or “Complete” seems orthogonal to the intent of the ExchangePackage element.

Suggest removing Status from the ExchangePackage element.
