There is a lot of room for confusion in the relationship between the NodeRefs and Terms elements within the Attribute element.  How is one to know which NodeRefs constrain which Terms? 

Suggest either providing an attribute on the Term element that provides a mechanism to refer to the constraining taxonomy and remove the NodeRef element from the Attribute element.  Alternatively provide an attribute on the Term element that can be used to refer to the NodeRef identifying the taxonomy constraining the Term.
