The real question becomes what our function is with respect to the DRM. Looks
like their mission is to promote data interchange and re-use. Wasn't that ours
as well? Is the difference that they are working with XML schemas and we are
working with ontology languages? Are they coordinating the COI efforts? Are

I see this as our group supporting a follow-on version of the DRM. The
basic goals of the two efforts should be the same. (04)
