[The Grassroots and Gov’t-wide initiatives/ideas that support the four Goals are great. I think the entire Web community would benefit from choice examples of how other agencies may currently be doing some of these things. For Goal 3, for example, Randy Eltringham highlighted how DoD promotes ‘localization’—how people access local info.
