TRUST in ".gov" is one of the biggest things government websites have going for them. Where can we concentrate our energies now to make the biggest impact and largest improvements, to ensure that trust is deserved? Looking toward the future, as we implement new collaborative technologies on government websites, we need to do it in such a way that the integrity of .gov information is not compromised.
