Lee Mockensturm (4/20/2007) The critical tasks select should be broad functions of the government that affect many agencies, large and small. If a critical task is 'filing your taxes,' then most of us have little to contribute that would benefit our own work. If a critical task is 'applying for grants,' then many agencies large and small would benefit and more Web Managers would vest their efforts in improving it. (3JZK)
