Tim Mulcahy (3W36)
Timothy M. Mulcahy, M.A., Senior Research Scientist at NORC at the University of Chicago, has 15 years experience developing and implementing complex, data-centric projects involving sensitive business-level microdata, evidence-based research, and data warehousing. He currently serves as Project Director for NORC’s Data Enclave, an initiative that involves the development and implementation of a remote and onsite data access platform that allows data producers to provide approved researchers access to confidential business microdata. He earned his graduate degree at the Johns Hopkins Institute for Policy Studies where he focused on policy studies and international economics. (3W37)
