Stephen L. Campbell (3W1O)
Stephen Campbell is an economist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. In the Economic Assessment Office of the Advanced Technology Program, he conducted data analysis and research for economic evaluation, and contributed to design and development of survey instruments and databases. Previously, he worked at the U.S. Census Bureau where he was an economist/statistician. Stephen received a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is a doctoral candidate in Economics at Pennsylvania State University. (3W1P)
