Rick is a Senior Principal for Enterprise Strategy and Planning in MITRE’s Center for Enterprise Modernization in McLean, Virginia. (UL)
Rick earned an S.B. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science—Software and Systems from The George Washington University, and has taken postgraduate courses at George Mason University. (UM)
Since rejoining MITRE in 1999, Rick has supported government organizations in enterprise strategy, planning, and transformation. He is presently supporting the Department of Defense's Information Sharing initiative. (UN)
