Joe Pagano is currently a digital media project coordinator in the Office of Strategic Initiatives at the Library of Congress, where he leads the Library's Web site analytics program. He has worked with Web metrics in various capacities for the last eight years. He also co-chairs the Web Manager's Advisory Council Web Metrics Task Group. Prior to coming to the Library of Congress in 1998, he worked at the National Library of Medicine. He holds a BA in Chemistry and a Masters Degree in Library Science. He is active in the Web Analytics Association. (3WTM)
