Prior to joining the Census Bureau, Jeremy served in the U.S. Departments of Agriculture, Energy, and Transportation, most recently as Acting Chief Statistician at the Bureau of Transportation Statistics.    (92A)

Jeremy has a distinguished career of more than 24 years as an agent of change for the Federal government. He consistently demonstrates his excellence in statistics, total quality management, workforce diversity, information technology, and education, receiving numerous awards and recognition for his contributions.    (92B)

Jeremy earned his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematical Statistics from the George Washington University (GWU). He has served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Statistics at GWU for the past 26 years.    (92C)
