- Dan Cotter, Director of the DHS Geospatial Management Office. Provide an overview of his background and interest in the FEA Geospatial Profile. Interested in making sure that we get the benefit of EA down to the emergency responder and others on the front lines. New CIO described activities at DHS as venture capital and says that it is now time to start demonstrating payoffs. Saving lives, protecting people and property, and reducing costs. (2TW3)
- Doug provided an overview brief. Doug received several constructive additions and change recommendations. (2TW4)
- Kurt provided a status of the BRM / PRM effort. Discussion reinforced the guidance nature of the geospatial profile and the general proclivity to be informative and not normative. (2TWB)
- Jim provided a status of the SRM / TRM effort. The group provided pointers to additional lists: (2TWC)

- Kurt provided a status of the DRM effort. Requested that we review the draft DRM outline. (2TWG)
- Kurt provided a status of the Scenario. The group provided many useful and constructive suggestions. Doug recommends that the Scenario section become the "Application of the Profile" section. Updated outline here (2TWH)
- Doug provided Intro status. We have the skeletal outline and are meeting on Friday to go further, meanwhile Rick is taking the first stab at an annotated outline. (2TWJ)

- We then entered into a discussion of the DRM outline. Basic agreement was reached on the outline as presented with some modifications Outline v0.2. (2TWM)
