MISSION: The Eastern Transportation Knowledge Network exists to increase access to transportation research and information, to reduce the operating costs of its member libraries, and to offer new and improved services for member libraries and their users. (3R05)
WHEREAS, we, the participating agencies recognize the benefits of collaboration and resource sharing, (3R07)
WHEREAS, we recognize that improved and new services and tools will benefit the transportation community, (3R09)
WHEREAS, we desire to ensure access to and preservation of all participating institutions information products, and (3R0A)
WE, the undersigned, agree to form the Eastern Transportation Knowledge Network to further these goals. (3R0C)
