Mr. Feinberg has 16 years' experience in enterprise GIS development and consulting, supporting a wide variety of municipal, utility, and Federal clients. For the past four years he has supported the US Air Force and the Secretary of Defense in establishing sustainable, interoperable geospatail enterprise architectures for the USAF GeoBase program and the Defense Installation Spatial Data Infrastructure (DISDI).
