Del.icio.us is a social bookmarking site. Del.icio.us allows users to store, share and find bookmarks. The power of the site is that it allows visitors to search for links to information within the bookmark collections of other users. If content is found, searcher may view additional bookmarks provided by that user. This practice essentially serves as a way to find endorsed web pages and is based on the idea that people with similar bookmarks might know about resources the searcher might be interested in. (3NRN)
