Andrew J. Wang (3W1Q)
Andrew Wang is an economist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. In the Economic Assessment Office of the Advanced Technology Program, Andrew conducted research and managed special surveys and studies relating to economic evaluation of the program. In 2003, he received the U.S. Department of Commerce Bronze Medal Award for superior federal service. Andrew received a B.A. in History and Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University. (3W1R)
