Dr. Alex Pavlak is an engineer with 40 years experience managing a wide variety of R&D programs. His core competency is systems architecture with particular interest in synthesis. Domain interests are energy systems and applying systems engineering tools to fact based policy making. He holds patents pending for "ideal" photovoltaic concentrators and wind turbines. He has a long term interest in the limits of expert problem-solving teams - Modern Tiger Teams.
