March 22 workshop, "Social Networking, Knowledge-Sharing, and
Organizational Change" will explore innovative, Intergovernmental
Practices for advancing dialogue between Government and Citizens in

April 17 workshop, "Achieving Value and Improving Performance across the
Federal Enterprise" has been organized by the Enterprise Process
Improvement Community of Practice, Best Practices Committee, CIOC. This
workshop will explore obstacles that potentially hinder the Government
from improving and conduct a collaborative search for ways to overcome
obstructions and deal with these tough issues. Workshop agenda and
details are included in the attachment below. The workshop is intended
for CIOs, government executives, business process owners, process experts,
standards, experts, enterprise architects, strategic planners, and
improvement champions from across government, industry, and academia. Link

Both workshops will be held from 8:30 - 4:30 PM at the National Science
Foundation, Ballston, VA. There is no fee. Please RSVP to
Susan.Turnbull@xxxxxxx if you plan to attend in person or remotely by
teleconference. Please indicate which workshop(s) you plan to attend. In
addition, you are invited to attend one of the weekly (every Wednesday
from 11-1 PM) teleconference orientations to acquaint participants with
the collaborative work space (including wiki) used to support the
