Subject: PGFSOA - SOA Infrastructure (02)
Chris, (03)
I'm a newcomer to the PGFSOA effort and have joined the security team,
but in reviewing the key messages and outline drafts, I thought I'd
share an idea relating to the infrastructure section: (04)
Among the enterprise management techniques, ITIL might work well for
service management (outline 4.3.1/4.3.2) and infrastructure (outline
7.1/7.3). The ITIL framework seems to be adaptable fairly well to an
SOA-oriented enterprise, and may actually help us with some
framework-level interconnects with the business drivers/metrics, etc. (05)
Thanks, (06)
Andrew (07)
