You and your colleagues are invited to Collaborative Expedition workshop #55 on "Open Collaboration: Revisiting Rules, Roles, and Relationships for High Performance".   The workshop will highlight "time-proven" improvement processes currently in use and "honed" from two decades of landmark improvement approaches (Baldrige National Quality Award, Clinger-Cohen Act, Raine's Rules, etc. )   What organizing processes yield high performance "then and now"?  What approaches should be avoided?  How are successful processes aligned with Federal Enterprise Architecture principles?  The workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2006,  from 8:30 - 4:30 PM at the National Science Foundation, Ballston, VA.  There is no fee.

Please RSVP to Susan.Turnbull@xxxxxxx if you plan to attend in person or remotely by teleconference.
