to the Tuesday, December 6 Collaborative Expedition Workshop #46 at the
National Science Foundation, Ballston, VA, 4121 Wilson Blvd., Room 555,
from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  The workshop is titled: Advancing Information
Sharing, Governance, and Data Architecture Across Boundaries.  Scenarios
for building stewardship practices will include collaborative prototyping,
recent advances in government knowledge management, and ontologies for
