Chuck,

   I think we need to get agreement quickly on the way we will represent attributes, since that is an important component of how to specify the meanings of "Process" and "Event".

   I have posted a recommendation on the basic elements of the representation of attributes (to be elaborated after agreement is reached on the basics).  The posting was sent to a new e-mail list that was set up for discussion of technical issues related to the structure of the COSMO.  To subscribe to that list, go to:

Well, although we don't have final consensus, we seem to have beaten the topic of Type quite soundly.  Pat - what is the next order of business for the group?  Perhaps we can return to Type after some reflection and consensus takes place . . .
