The QueryPoint element repeats information that would be available in an Exchange Package.  Suggest considering removing TransactionType, Status, and ResultFormat elements and replacing with a reference to an ExchangePackage. 

Also QualityOfService provides only information related to Latency and ReliableMessaging but does not seem to provide a mechanism for providing information about Service Level Agreements which although may include Latency and ReliableMessaging information provides greater coverage for Quality of Service type metadata.  Suggest modifying QualityOfService to provide a mechanism to point to documentation that envelops the Service Level Agreement for the endpoint.
