session topics and speakers for consideration in the largest EA event
for the
public sector.
The Enterprise Architecture 2006
Conference
and Exhibition will bring together more than 1,000 government
professionals and
their industry counterparts. This
popular event attracts attendees who are planning, implementing, and
evolving Enterprise
Architectures across most federal government agencies. The
EA 2006 Conference program will focus on
practical, actionable, and meaningful strategies, technologies, and
case
studies for program managers and IT professionals. This
event is recognized for offering a
comprehensive program of the most pressing issues for government
practitioners
in this rapidly evolving field.
ABSTRACT SELECTION
Individuals whose abstracts are
selected for
the conference program will be notified by July 14, 2006. Those selected
will be required
to provide session-specific information prior to the conference,
including (1)
a brief professional biography and (2) complete presentation materials
for
inclusion in the conference proceedings. Each member of the conference
faculty is
entitled to one complimentary full conference pass.

The Enterprise
Architecture 2006
Conference will bring together architecture, IT, and program management
professionals from government, industry, and academia. This
diverse group will focus for three days
on the current concerns, developments, and opportunities for those
charged with
practical implementation of Enterprise Architectures across complex
government
organizations. This is a recognized
annual gathering of the public sector EA community and is designed to
be an
interactive, professionally-enriching education and networking
experience.
The speakers and
topics
selected will be those most closely focused on helping government
professionals
meet their Enterprise Architecture objectives.
Participation as a member of the conference faculty will provide
a valuable
opportunity to share expertise and recommendations with motivated
colleagues focused
on Enterprise Architecture and related programs designed to transform

Enterprise Architecture 2006 Conference will be designed in close

Requirements
Please
ensure abstracts include the requested information to ensure your
submission is
reviewed. Topics selected for inclusion will be those addressing
current
and compelling issues, strategies, and technologies relevant to the
government
audience.
Each abstract
should include
the following information:
- A
200-word synopsis explaining the topic to be covered and why it is of
compelling interest to the public sector audience
- Three
to five learning objectives that briefly describe specifically “What
Attendees Will Learn”
- A
summary of handouts/takeaways that attendees can expect to receive,
such as case studies, white papers, top ten lists, etc.
- An
indication if the speaker(s) proposed will participate on a panel
related to your submission
- Brief
professional biography of proposed speaker(s)

abstracts focused on product-specific information or those including
commercial
or promotional content will not be considered. All
