Ira,

Do you know how the math works in the Spreadsheet to calculate the composite score?  Are there weights assigned to each section?  Is each section averaged and then those averages averaged again to get the composite score.  Any advice you can give will be helpful.  Vr, Roy

The attached Excel Spreadsheet/Template was created by the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office for use by the Department of Commerce and PTO.  I am forwarding the file in the event other Departments and Agencies wish to use it to complete their own EA Assessment for OMB's FEAPMO.
