Dear
<Government
Colleague Name>,
It
is my pleasure to cordially invite you and your agency colleagues to
the 15th Annual
Executive Leadership Conference taking place at the
Hershey Lodge and Convention Center, October
30 - November 1, 2005. This year's conference

collaborations and consolidations of agencies sharing common e-Gov
services and everything from people and processes to infrastructures
supporting common lines-of-business. This track
addresses issues, challenges, practices and examples from industry and
government on making CXO-led governance work.
Highlights
from the track agenda include:
Ø Keynote Speaker – John Gilligan, VP and
Deputy Director, Defense Sector, SRA International, Inc. and Former
CIO, Air Force
Ø Sessions
on “Using Governance in Leading Agency Mission and
other Consolidation Efforts” and
“Enforcement of
Interagency Agreements – Governance Options for eGovernment Success”
Ø “The Urgency for Homeland Protection
Collaboration at the CXO Level - Part II, Getting it Done” with Vance Hitch, CIO, DOJ; Peter
Johnson, CTO, DOE; Dave Nicholson, CFO, DHS/TSA; and Lisa Romney, CAO,
DOD
